I am a strong, transformational and dynamic leader. I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse. I have 19 years of professional mental health experience.
I have founded and co-lead several not-for-profit organisations. I am the passionate Founder/CEO of First Person Project C.I.C, Comunidade Social Leadership & Business Consultancy, and MindCove Ltd. I am Co-Founder and Clinical Director at My Mate Vinny’s CIC and Strength and Movement CIC. I am also Clinical Director at Manifestive CIC.
I have a proven record in quality improvement, strategic transformation, and co-produced innovation.
I have led numerous quality improvement projects, some of which have gained national praise, and I have supported numerous organisations with advice and consultancy to aid their practice, including supporting the Care Quality Commission and the Royal College of Psychiatrists.

I have an extensive record of formal education, which has equipped me with a broad range of qualifications. I am currently a Doctoral candidate at Liverpool Business School.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and post-graduate qualifications in mental health, the philosophy of mental health and practice development.
I have lived-experience of mental health problems and I am a survivor of suicide.
I have research interests in public health, health inequalities, mental health, asset-based approaches, social enterprise, and poverty. I am a published author credited with several publications and I enjoy being involved in the design and implementation of corporate strategy
